Custom Enzymes have developed a formulation that has the capability to digest glyphosate organically and safely break down the bonds it uses to sequester manganese, a vital element in plant health. Our enzymes help release manganese in the soil that the glyphosate has locked away which means healthier crops, healthier dairy and other animals.

Extra enzymes added to the dough improve control of the baking process, allowing the use of different baking processes, reducing process time, slowing-down staling, compensating for flour variability and substituting chemical additives.

With our range of bakery enzymes, the softness of the bread remains intact and the shelf life is extended.

Crude Spill is a specially developed organic enzyme that attaches itself to the substrate hydrocarbon, within the first few minutes of contacting the adhesive properties of the hydrocarbon reduce, to the point they do not become attached to aquatic life. The Enzyme continues to digest the hydrocarbon and in the process creates nutrients for marine life. The main by-product of the digestion process is Carbon Dioxide gas.

A blend of selected enzymes that creates enhanced oil recovery technology using polysaccharide biopolymers to boost petroleum recovery during well drilling. Biopolymer is one such material that plays an important role in the application of Enhanced Oil Recovery Technology. These biopolymers increase the viscosity of the fluid containing water so that the fluid has more difficulty flowing than oil, as a result, it leads to increased oil production.

Custom Enzymes -Moringa is a multi-purpose enzyme created for use with all types of essential oil extraction, Ideally used in an Aqueous Enzymatic Extraction (AEE) process using both water and enzymes to degrade the cell wall network of the oil-bearing material. AEE is an eco-friendly; alternative process based on the simultaneous isolation of oil and protein from most oilseeds.

Enzymes are an integral component of fruit juice extraction and the wine processes.

Our enzyme formulation has been specifically designed to break down the Pectins found in the cell walls such as apples, pears, grapes, berries and tropical fruit leading to an increase in the quality of juice extracted, and additional juice from otherwise leftover skins and reduce the amount of waste left behind.

The Pulp and Paper industry processes huge quantities of Lignocellulosic Biomass every year. The technology for Pulp manufacturing is highly diverse, and numerous opportunities exist for the application of microbial Enzymes. Paper and Pulp is a high-volume industry where the application of Enzymes have helped in the reduction of the use of harmful chemicals, which are toxic and harmful to the Environment.

Textile processing benefits from the application of enzymes to reduce environmental impact and improve product quality. Amylases are used to remove starch-based sizes from fabrics after weaving. Cellulases have been employed to enzymatically remove fibrils and fuzz fibres and are also used in the cotton textile industry. Catalases are also used to remove hydrogen peroxide after bleaching, which results in huge savings in water consumption.

After CUSTOM E - CERA is added into the suspension, gelatine molecules attract each other and form a three-dimensional network through hydrogen bonding due to urea decomposition. The slurry containing alumina and gelatine could be consolidated in situ by the above gelation process at room temperature. A green body with a homogeneous microstructure and smooth surface is obtained.
